Steven Ben Reynolds, 58, of Shelby, NC, passed away on June 11, 2026 at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC.

He was born September 6, 1967 in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Jesse Eugene Reynolds. Steve worked as a truck driver most of his life, having worked for several trucking companies, finishing out his career with Turner trucking. He was an avid outdoors enthusiast. Steve enjoyed spending time in the woods, hunting and fishing. One of his favorite places was Green Mountain where he loved to visit and trout fish. He possessed strong beliefs, valuing honesty above all. He was always straight forward and valued the same integrity in others. Steve enjoyed laughing and having a good time no matter who he was around. He will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved him.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Kevin Whittington officiating

VISITATION: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery
