Teresa Kay Bailey Gantt, 56, of Harris Creek Road, Lawndale, passes away
Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Hospice at Wendover of Shelby.

She was Born in Cherokee County, SC on May 15, 1958 a daughter of Edith
Bridges Bailey of Earl and the late Roy Lee Bailey. She was employed from
SouthCo Industries where she worked as an office manager for thirty seven
years. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed cross
stitching, sewing, shopping and tending to her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Larry Dean Gantt; two daughters,
Katie Sparks & husband Christopher of Shelby and Kinsey Crocker & husband
Craig of Lawndale; four brothers, Randy Bailey of Shelby, David Bailey of
Vale, Dan Bailey of Earl, and Larry Bailey of Earl; two sisters, Sharon
Bailey of Blacksburg and Sandra Bailey of Boiling Springs; mother-in-law,
Elizabeth "Lib" Gantt of Shelby; and four grandchildren; Easton, Kimber,
Dallas, and Alex.

The family will receive friends form 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Zion Baptist

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 3:00 p.m. at Zion Baptist
Church with the Rev. Matt Storie and Dr. Eric Davis officiating. The burial
will follow in the church cemetery.
