Mr. Thomas Clifton Kerr, Jr., 80, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on December 21, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.  He had worked as a transportation manager and retired from West Marine where he was director of transportation.

He attended Thrift United Methodist Church and was a member of West Gate Masonic Lodge. He served in the U. S. Air Force where he was an airplane mechanic.

He was the son of the late Thomas Clifton Kerr, Sr. & Della Lail Kerr Tolleson and was also preceded in death by his brother, C. Reid Tolleson.

Survivors include his wife of forty-nine years, Alice Bridges Kerr of the home; two sons, Thomas Clifton Kerr, III & wife, Jenifer of Charlotte and Christian Blair Kerr of Charlotte; a daughter, Alycia Nicole Kerr Pueschel  & husband, Emory of Belmont; three sisters, Maxann Kerr Morrison of Suffolk, VA, Lynn Hughes of Fairfield, VA and Terri Martin of Timberlake, NC; and  grandchildren, Thomas Clifton Kerr, IV, Sabrina Renee Kerr, Courtland Pueschel, Carys Pueschel & Charlotte Pueschel.

          Wednesday, December 26, 2012, 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
