2011 at Peak Resources in Cherryville.
Born in Cleveland County, he was a son of Ralph C. Parker and Earlene
Virginia Houser Parker. Mr. Parker was a member of Mull's Chapel Baptist
Church and worked as a residential carpenter until his health declined.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Parker Jr. and sister, Juanita
Parker.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Parker is survived by a son, Andy Parker;
daughter, Amber Lynn and husband Gary; two brothers, James Parker and Fred
Parker; sister, Muriel Speagle and four grandchildren, Jacob Lynn, Stefan
Lynn, Hannah Parker and Kelby Parker - all the family is from Vale.
The family will receive friends from 3:30 until 5:00 pm Tuesday at Mull's
Chapel Baptist Church in Connelly Springs. The funeral service will follow
at 5:00 pm with Revs. Bruce Piercy and Don Willis officiating. Burial will
be in the church cemetery.
