Timothy (Tim) Gene Pearson, 64, of Casar passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

Tim was born on August 16, 1961 in Cleveland County and was a son of Bobby Gene Pearson and the late Mable Christine Grant Pearson. He was retired from Pharr Yarn. Tim attended Corinth Baptist Church, Casar and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

In addition to his father he is survived by his wife of forty-four years, Amy Ware Pearson; daughter, Lacey Pearson of Cherryville; sister Roxann Pearson of Shelby; several loving nieces and nephews; special companion, Paisley and his Persimmon Creek Beagles.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 16, 2026 form 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Corinth Baptist Church

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Corinth Baptist Church, 324 Corinth Church Road, Casar, NC 28020, with the Rev. Dustin Hamrick and Rev. Curtis Norris officiating.

Burial will follow at in the Pearson Family Cemetery.
