Dave Titus

The President of the Shelby Lions Club, Dave Titus, has been elected 2nd Vice District Governor for Lions  District  31-A.   His  election came during the Lions Cabinet  Meeting  during  the  District  Fall  Convention  in  Asheville,  November  18th  and  19th.     On the current track,  Lion  Titus  will be District Governor in 2014 - 2015.   The last time a  member  of  the  Shelby  Lions Club became  a  District Governor was 1982 - 1983 when Freddie Harris served in that position.    District 31A covers Western North Carolina and represents Cleveland and Lincoln Counties and all points West including 54 Lions Clubs.
