Vera Sellers Bridges, age 95, a resident of 716 Sipes Street, Kings Mountain, NC went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2013 at Kings Mountain Hospice House.  She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late William B. Sellers and Roseanna Blanton Sellers.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Woodrow Hord Bridges, son, Lawrence Bridges, and 4 brothers and 6 sisters.  Mrs. Bridges was retired from Parkdale Mills.  She was an active member of Eastside Baptist Church, one of the last serving charter members.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.   The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of White Oak Manor and Kings Mountain Hospice House for their courteous service to our mother.

VISITATION: 12:30 – 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, February 26, 2013 prior to the service in the fellowship hall of Eastside Baptist Church other times at the home of the granddaughter, Sherry Sellers, 1023 Bethlehem Church Road, Grover, NC

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
