William "Billy" Joseph Milam, 36 of James Petty Road, Casar passed away
Sunday, October 8, 2017.

Born July 9, 1981 in Detroit, Michigan to Jessica Marie Bohannon Mason and
the late Shannon Charles Milam. Billy worked as a Tow Boat Captain for
Marquette in Paducah, KY.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his stepfather,
Stephen Downs; sister, Shavonne Milam and brother, Shannon Milam.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Jessica Nelson Milam; mother,
Jessica Marie Bohannon Mason and husband Rex of Casar; two sons, Colin Milam
and Devon Milam of the home; daughter, Kayla Milam of the home; two
brothers, Charles Milam and Gordy Downs both of Kentucky and a sister,
Shranda Compton of Kentucky; father and mother-in-law, George Nelson and
Darlenne Nelson of Shelby and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel.

Visitation will be immediately following the service.

Burial will be private.
