Mr. Willie B. Jolly, 76, was born on June 12, 1949, to the late Bobby and Clara Williamson Jolly. On September 18, 2025, he peacefully entered into the arms of the angels from the comfort of his home.

He was preceded in death his parents; two sisters, Sarah Jolly and Brenda Jolly; and brother, Tommy Phillips.

Willie leaves to cherish his precious memories his devoted wife of 56 years, Ruby Williams Jolly; and his loving children; son, Cory (Jessica) Jolly of Charlotte , NC; daughters, Nicky Sanders of Charlotte, NC, Angela Sanders of Columbia, SC, Opel Jolly of Gastonia, NC, Angelica Sanders of Shelby, NC, and Kamesha Jolly of Gastonia, NC; siblings; Cora Ruff, Curtis (Carolyn) Jolly, Tommy (Gloria) Jolly and Kenneth Jolly, all of Shelby, NC, and Bobby G. Jolly of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Shelia Phillips of Shelby, NC and Kathy (Milton) Williams of Lincolnton, NC. In addition he is lovingly remembered by his sisters in law, Linda Williams of Vale, NC and Iqullia (Jerry) Taylor of Buffalo, NY; brothers in law, Johnny Williams of Vale, NC, Jerry Williams of Hickory, NC, Willis Williams of Hickory, NC, and Micky Williams of Belwood, NC. Willie was the proud grandfather of 23 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren; as well as, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Hopewell Baptist Church, Shelby, NC.
