Zachary Davis Bernard, of Ray Road, West Jefferson passed away, January 27,
2018 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Born April 12, 1973 in Texas, he was a son of Richard Henry Bernard and
Rebekah McCluney Swink.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Samanatha Criswell.

In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by his stepfather,
Roger Swink.
