Bertha Walker Hoyle, 91, of 214 Bald Mountain Road, Casar, passed away, Sunday, August 17, 2014 at her home.
She was born on December 2, 1922, in Cleveland County to the late Johnny Walker and Zennie Brackett Walker Cook. She was retired from Drexel Furniture and was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Austin Theodore Hoyle; son, Billy Hoyle; great granddaughter, Eleanor Morrison; two brothers, Cleeborn Walker and Madison Cook; and three sisters, Marie Walker,
Mattie Lee Glover, and Ocie Thackerson.
She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Brittain and husband Steve of Vale and Beth Morrison and husband Tommy of Casar; daughter-in-law, Levon Hoyle of Grover; sister, Lucy White of Casar; six grandchildren, Lisa Hansen and
husband Allen, Teresa Jackson and husband Nick, Trudy Loftis and husband Mike, Kimberly Towery and husband Brian, Truett Morrison and wife Donna, and Rebecca Ramey and husband Tom; ten great grandchildren, Chris, Karen,
Matthew, Amber, Abby, Jacob, Amelia, Chyanne, Cadence, and Eli, and special friend, Jackie Towery.
