Kosa
The retirees fished Lake Wylie and Norman since my last report. On Lake Wylie: John Black and Roger McNeely brought in 14.4 to take the win. Rick Miers and J R Garland had 11.4 to claim second and third with 11.0 was Dean Champion and Fred Wright, who also had big bass with a 4.7 largemouth. On Lake Norman: John Black and Roger McNeely brought in 9.4 to get the win this time. James Osborne fished solo and was second with 4.7, followed by Dean Champion and Fred Wright with 4.0.
Big fish was a 3.8 largemouth brought in by Black and McNeely. This week it's back to Lake Wylie.
CCBC
The Cleveland County Bass Club fished Lookout Shoals Lake last week. Maverick Canipe picked up the win with 13.40. Jeremy Bouldin had 9.08 and was second, followed by John Rankin with 7.10. Roger Beaver had 7.06 to land in fourth and fifth with 6.56 was Tyler Ward. Big bass was a 4.64 largemouth brought in by John Rankin.
Moss
There have been three events at Moss Lake's Thursday night Tournaments since I last caught up with Arnold. Here are the top three from each, in no particular order.
1)Bryan Thrift/David Hendricks 12.34 w/big fish 3.84, Jody Black/Jason Rhodes 9.86, Jeremy Bouldin/Tyler Ward 9.62.
2) David Hendricks/Guy Eaker 16.33 w/big bass 4.64, Chris Carroll/Randall Wright 6.57, Ronnie Hinson/Doc McDaniel 5.39.
3) Ronnie Hinson/Doc McDaniel 8.92, Jeff Melton/Glen Eaves 5.76, Arnold Ledford/Larry Denton 5.58. Big bass of 4.97 was brought in by Jason Rhodes/Jody Black.
