The Shelby Civitan Club honored the Shelby City and Cleveland County Police with a meal at the Cleveland Country Club recently. Cleveland County Sheriff, Alan Norman, spoke at the event which was attended by 130 individuals including the District Attorney, Shelby Mayor, Shelby City Council members and County Commissioners. Those in attendance also enjoyed homemade cupcakes.
