It was rainy last Sunday and the Casar Christmas parade was scheduled for the afternoon. But, in spite of the weather a number of soaked participants and parade watchers were in attendance. Even Santa was hardly visible as he huddled under a large covering. Oh well, ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas to all!
