The new Southside Flea Market, located at 1316 South Lafayette St., Shelby has become the largest flea market in Cleveland County. The market offers both inside and out vendor space and operates all twelve months. Inside has 22,000 square feet of space and vendors have no daily setup and breakdown requirement. Outside, the parking lot is also available. Prices outside are $3, $5, and $8 per space. Monday and Tuesday are free and Wednesday is half price. Regular prices are in effect Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Inside prices start at $100 for a 10’ x 10’ space monthly. Multiple space renters receive a lower rate. For a flea market that just started this year, the spaces are filling up fast. The market offers a great selection of just about anything imaginable.
