Billy Wayne Morrison, 59, of 553 Casar-Belwood Road, Lawndale, died
Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at his residence.
Born September 25, 1951 in Cleveland County to the late Gary Morrison and
Alma Rippy Morrison. He was a self-employed carpenter. Billy was a member
of Westover Baptist Church in Kings Mountain and attended Hudson Memorial
Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers, Rex,
Miles, Doug and Richard Morrison and sister, Geraldine Newton.
Survivors: include his wife of 27 years, Mary Lee Morrison; two step-sons,
Austin Dean Bell of Lawndale and William Travis Bell and wife, Jessica of
Gastonia; son, Richard Morrison; two stepdaughters, Tammy Renee Barrett and
husband, Evan and Chrystal Bell Reynoldsand husband, Larry all of Kings
Mountain; daughter, Carla Morrison; three brothers, Steve Morrison of Casar,
David Morrison of Lawndale and Danny Morrison of Cherryville; and eleven
grandchildren.
Graveside Service: 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Hudson Memorial
Baptist Church Cemetery
