Mr. Ervin Gene Bradshaw, 74, of 126 Ankle Road passed away Thursday,
April 5, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
Born October 15, 1937 in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Clyde
Odell Bradshaw and Janie Charlene Walker Bradshaw. Mr. Bradshaw was a
carpenter and former employee of Drexel Furniture.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Lee
Bradshaw and Larry Dean Bradshaw; stepson, Aberon Penley and brother, Grady
Bradshaw.
Mr. Bradshaw is survived by his wife of twenty-two years, Linda Elaine
Powell Bradshaw; sons, Ervin Bradshaw Jr. and Will Bradshaw both of Casar;
two daughters, Elizabeth Pollock and Donna Huffman both of Hickory;
stepdaughters, Devenna Penley, Carolyn Minton and Martha Minton all of
Lenoir; brother, Ralph Bradshaw of Casar; sisters, Shirley Smith of
Morganton and Bonnie Moses of Casar; nine grandchildren and seven great
grandchildren.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm
Saturday at Stamey Funeral Home.
Funeral: The funeral will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel
in Fallston with Rev. Terrill Crump officiating.
Burial: Olive Grove Baptist Church Cemetery |
