| Jerry Douglas Page, age 80, died Monday, June 9, 2014 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. Born in Cleveland County on October 18, 1933, he was the son of the late Colon and Thelma Bland Page. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church. Mr. Page retired from Doran Textiles after forty years of service. He loved spending time with family and was present for his grandchildren’s sporting events. Mr. Page was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Wright Page, and his brother, Jack Page. Jerry is survived by his son Douglas Page and wife, Debbie; two grandchildren: Makayla Page, and Orion Page; a brother Morris Page and wife Brenda of Shelby.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 AM, June 13, 2014, at Northside Baptist Church with Reverend Neal Efrid officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM in the church sanctuary. Burial will be held at Cleveland Memorial Park following the service.
