Mr. Richard Dean Toney, 46, Rutherfordton, died Friday, February 3, 2012.
He was the son of Don Toney of Rutherfordton and the late Louise Fisher Toney. He was a sales representative at Toney's #2, and a member of Temple Baptist Church in Henrietta.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two brothers, Bruce "Slash" Toney of Rutherfordton, and Victor E. Lovelace of Unions Mills; three sisters, Sandra Sexton of Marshall, AR, Christee Joyce Lovelace of Rutherfordton, and Maresa Lovelace of Lincolnton.
The Funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Crestview Baptist Church. Rev. Sam Henderson, Rev. Kelly Luckadoo, and Rev. Kevin Rohm will officiate. Burial will follow in the First Broad Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM Friday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
