Robert Avery McMahan, 17, of Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Grace Hospital in Morganton. He is the son of Candida Greene and the grandson of Casey Morgan both of Shelby. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, June 17, 2011 at Landmark Baptist Church in Shelby. The Rev. Allen Davis will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 - 6:00pm prior to the service.
