Alice Lena Lipscomb Watts, 87 of 2133 Weatherford Drive, Shelby passed away
February 26, 2016 at her residence.

Born May 6, 1928 in Spencer, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late
General Grant Lipscomb and Anne Scott Lipscomb. She was retired from Mohican
Mills in Lincolnton.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman
Watts; son, Roy Wright and three sisters, Sally, Emer and Rosie.

Survivors include two daughters, Ann Williams and Mary Alice Miehl both of
Canton, Ohio; four grandchildren, Teresa South, Cheryl Miehl, Nikki
Wright-Gore and Jamie Wright; seven great-grandchildren, Skyler South,
Ashley and Andrew Willis, Taylor Gore, Stacee and Jacob Wright and Amber
Sanders; and two great-great grandchildren.
