Alvin Everett Cline, 69, of Lenior, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 at Robbins Center in Hudson. 

Alvin was born May 6, 1944 in Catawba Co., NC, to the late Guy Everett Cline and Margie Fincannon Cline.  Alvin retired from Cargo Transport and was a member of Cajah's Mountain Baptist Church in Lenior. 

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patsy Cline, Lenior; three sons, Jeff Cline and wife Anita of Hickory, Randy Cline of Hickory and Rev. Donnie Cline of Lenoir; brother, Terry Cline of Newton; and sister, Linda Preslar of Newton

Visitation: The family will receive friends form 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Cajah's Mountain Baptist Church, Lenoir.

Funeral: 2:00 pm, on Monday at Cajah's Mountain Baptist Church, Lenoir.

Officiating: Rev. Doug  Woody 

Burial: Cajah's Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery, Lenoir, NC.
