Annie Faye Dalton, age 75, of Caroleen, NC, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Born April 28, 1938 in Itawamba County Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Bob Keeton and Hortence Lindsey Keeton. She worked for Childers Truck Stop for over twenty years and was also a self-employed yarn winder. Annie was a member of the Caroleen Congregational Holiness Church and enjoyed growing flowers, canning, cooking and shopping.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, George R. Keeton.
Survivors include her husband, J.V. Bowen; son, Joseph Dalton and wife, Heather of Forest City; two step-daughters, Jamie Bowen of Forest City and Regina Weaver and husband, Ronny of Cliffside; step-son, Chris Bowen and wife, Christie of Sunshine Community; adopted son, Jordan Davis; sister, Jean Parello of Rockford, Illinois and brother, Leon Keeton and wife, Faye of Alabama. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Paul Nelon and Reverend Chris Bowen officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
