Lawndale- Annie Pearl Lawrence Webber, age 91, of 3740 Rube Spangler Rd., Lawndale, NC departed this life into her heavenly home on October 20, 2015, at Hospice Cleveland County, Kings Mountain, NC
A native of Cleveland County, she was born on April 28, 1924 to the late Johnny and Pearl Lawrence. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband Lester Webber, Jr. and her son, Lawrence Webber,
She is survived by her children: Carolyn (George) Surratt, Annie R. Mobley, Elzine (William) Schenck, Nelson (Mary Anne) Webber, Philann (Joseph) Smith, Bradley Webber, Mary Helen Lattimore, and Lester B. Webber;
She was a faithful member of Pine Grove Primitive Baptist Church, and was the "Mother of the Church." She retired from PPG, Industries after 20 years. She loved to sew, spend time with her family, and she loved hats. Her favorite phrase was, "You know I love you."
The family will be receiving friends from 5-7:00p.m., Friday, October 23, 2015 at Genesis Funeral Services & Chapel and at other times, , the home of Mr. & Mrs. Nelson Webber, 3307 Oakcrest Dr.
Visitation at the church will be held 30 minutes prior to the funeral service
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Pine Grove Primitive Baptist Church, Lawndale, NC
