Mrs. Annie Pruette Moss, 94, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Services were held at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, Kings Mountain, NC.
Mrs. Moss was preceded in death by her husband, Greer Forest Moss; her parents, John and Janie Morrison Pruette; a son-in-law, Junior Short; 3 sisters, Carrie Ramsey, Ola Picklesimer, and Eula Culberson; and 2 brothers, Paul and Buren Pruette.
She is survived by 1 son, John B. Moss and wife Nancy; 4 daughters, Annette Short, Pat Cobb and husband Marvin, Barbara Sanders and husband Floyd, all of Kings Mountain, and Austin and Larry Wayne of Shelby; 1 sister, Estelle Clark of Shelby; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
