Maranatha Baptist Church “Project Isaiah Fundraiser”
Maranatha Baptist Church, 413 Polkville Rd., Shelby, has organized Project Isaiah. Isaiah Scruggs is a 13 year old teenager who recently fell out of a tree and became paralyzed from the waist down. To help with medical expenses and need housing renovations to accomodate Isaiah, on Saturday, April 6, 11:00am to 7:00pm, a spaghetti dinner will be served at the LeGrand Center in Shelby. Plates are $10 per person and tickets may be purchased in advance. Smoke on the Square and other businesses have caught the vision to help. How about you?
