Hoyle Memorial United Methodist Church
Celebrate Recovery, a 2 year Anniversary Spring Fling on Saturday, May 7 from 12:00 until 4:00 pm at the church, located at 1741 Fallston Rd., Shelby. We will have live music, corn hole toss, food games and activities for all ages and FREE admission.
ALSO: our United Methodist Men will have a Yard Sale on Saturday, June 4th from 7:00 am until Noon at the church, located at 1741 Fallston Rd., Shelby. There will be something for everyone plus FREE Breakfast.
Living Light Baptist Church
On Saturday, May 7, the Ladies Missionary Fellowship of Living Light Baptist Church will be sponsoring a yard sale in the church parking lot. Sale begins at 7:00 am. There will also be sausage & livermush biscuits for sale. All proceeds go toward our missions projects. The church is located at 1540 King’s Road. (right beside the First Wesleyan Church.)

Christian Freedom Baptist Church
We’re having a Yard Sale, Bake Sale, and Care Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, May 7th from 7:00 am until 12 noon at the church, located at 246 Range Road, Kings Mountain, NC. Proceeds will help send our children to summer camp.
Crossroads Baptist Church
Our church will have a BBQ Fundraiser on Saturday, May 7th from 3:00 pm until at the Fallston Women’s Club. The menu will include, BBQ, Slaw, Pickles, Baked Beans, Choice of Bun or Hushpuppies, Desert and a Drink. You can dine-in or carry-out. The cost: Adults - $9.00, Child’s plate - $5.00, under 5 eats free. Also we will have 50/50 tickets to be sold at the door. Boston Butts will be available for $30.00. Palm Tree United Methodist Church will be having its annual Bar-B-Q on Saturday, May 7th from 12 noon until 8:00pm. We will be having Pit Cooked Pork and Chicken. First Baptist Church, Shelby
First Baptist Church, Shelby Youth Group will hold “A Chord For Hope” Benefit Concert for Relay for Life on Monday, May 9, 2011, 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m in the church sanctuary. Admission is free but will accept donations.
They will also hold a Relay Night at Pizza Inn, Shelby, on Tuesday, April 26, 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. The youth will be working as servers at the restaurant during these hours. Come out for dinner that night and support Relay - all you have to do is eat!
Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church
