Crestview Baptist Church
Crestview Baptist Church will not have it’s monthly breakfast in January, at it will fall on the 1st. Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you February 5th, 2011.
“Home of the Best Steaks in Shelby”
PASTOR’S: We at Western Sizzlin Steak House of Shelby, located at 1712 East Dixon Blvd., Shelby, are starting a church-oriented program. We are preposing a way to give back some of the revenue generated by your own members. If you would like to participate, have someone from your church contact us so that we can set everything up for you. It will be very simple. After we have your acceptance, all your members need to do is while dining with us after 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday and all day on Sundays is simply write their name and the name of the church on the back of their receipt and place it in the comment box. At the end of each month we will tally the amount for each church. A check equal to 10% of the total will be issued in the name of your church. If you would be interested in participating nothing else is required. We would like to offer our catering and banquet room facilities for any of your functions and we look forward to being of service to you. Mary’s Grove United Methodist Church
Mary’s Grove United Methodist Church, located at 1106 Mary’s Grove Church Rd, Kings Mountain, invites the community to worship with them at their Christmas Candlelight Communion service on Thursday, December 23, at 7 p.m.
Christmas Eve Breakfast
St. Peter’s United Methodist Men will hold a Christmas Eve Breakfast on Friday, December 24, 2010, 7 AM-10AM. The church is located on Hwy. 18N, Belwood, NC. Donations only.
Lawndale Missionary Methodist Church
On Wednesday, December 29th at 6:00 pm we will have “Singing and Pickin” featuring “Destined for Glory” at the church. This group is young boys ages 11-16 that will be playing the Banjo, Fiddle, Mandolin, Guitar and Bass. The church is located on Lane St., Lawndale.
A Healing Place
(beside Mayflower Seafood Restaurant)
A Healing Place, located at 1245 Dixon Blvd., Shelby is a Judgment Free Zone. Sunday Worship is at 2:00 pm and Youth Contemporary Service Select Saturday’s at 7:00 pm. Let us show you the love of Christ without the man made legalism! Saturday night contemporary service will be followed by games for youth, a place for them to go and see the love of Christ. They will hear music from today’s top artist like Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns, Tenth Avenue North and others.
Restoration Church International
“The Rapture” presented by Restoration Church International, located at (I-85 exit 95) 1905 N. Limestone St., Gaffney, SC. Doors will open 2 hours before performance (Limited Seating-First Come, First Served). Performance Time is Friday, Dec. 31 at 6 and 9:30 pm. Suggested $3.00 Donation at the door. Friendly Chapel Baptist Church
The church will hold our Watch Night Service Friday, December 31st at 7:00 pm. The Griggs will be singing and Reverend Travis Mull will be preaching. We will be eating midway through the night.
