Benefit is for Clint Canipe, a young man who has Muscular Dystrophy. He needs help on his handicap van with repairs. Any donations will be apprecatiated. The Christian Artist Series Team of Elizabeth Baptist Church presents Ernie Haase and Signature Sound Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 7:00pm in the church’s Christian Life Center. General admission tickets are $15 and go on sale February 23. Tickets will be available in the church office M-Th 8:30-5:00, F 8:30-4:00 and Sundays after the worship services. Tickets can be purchased by mail by sending a check made out to Elizabeth Baptist Church and enclosing a self addressed, stamped envelope. Zion Hill Baptist Church, 8173 Old NC 18 Lawndale, NC will have two fundraisers on Saturday, March 1. We will begin with our monthly country breakfast from 7:00-10:00am. Breakfast includes four meats; ham, sausage, liver mush, and bacon of which you can have one of each if you desire. We also include eggs, gravy, grits, biscuits, and we are adding hash browns this month along with a drink. All this for only $5. That same day we will have a chicken pie supper from 4:00-6:00pm. Menu is: chicken pie, green beans, slaw, dessert and drink for a donation. All proceeds go toward our building fund. Zion Hill is located five miles south of South Mountain State Park.
