Friendship United Methodist Church, Fallston
Friendship United Methodist Church invites children to Kingdom Kids, a Wednesday night children’s ministry. Bring your child for Bible lessons, music and lots of fun. Aldersgate UMC, Shelby
A community wide breakfast will be held on January 14th at Aldersgate UMC on Hwy 74 in the Epworth building. Follow the signs. They will be serving all you can eat country ham, liver mush, bacon, sausage, eggs pancakes, sausage gravy, grits, homemade biscuits, coffee, and juice plus all the trimmings. Serving from 7 till 9:30 AM. Donation is $6 for adults $3 for children. See you there. Proceeds go to our building fund.

Pleasant Hill U.M.C., located on Warlick Rd., between Belwood and Casar will hold a Country Ham Breakfast Buffet on January 14, 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. Snow date is: January 21. Adults $7.00. Children $4.00 Under 6 eat free. Proceeds go to pay for the fuel oil fund. They will be serving: Scrambled eggs, country ham, bacon, sausage, livermush, pancakes, gravy, grits, biscuits, coffee, orange juicce, also fruit bar and snack bar. All you can eat! Eighth Day, a nationally known Southern Gospel Group will be in concert at Zoar Baptist Church , 1740 S. Lafayette St., Shelby. They will be performing at 6:00pm on Sunday, January 29, 2012 and the concert will be a benefit concert to raise money for a mission trip to Costa Rica.
