Zion Hill Baptist Church, 8173 Old NC 18, Lawndale, NC, about 5 miles south of South Mountain State Park, will be hosting a free health screening on Saturday, June 20, 2015, from 7:00-10:00am. This mainly consists of having your blood work done. Blue Ridge Health Care of Morganton will be doing the actual testing. This procedure could be as much as $350 or more in a doctor's office. Anyone in the community is welcome to participate. Please fast before you come. Zion Hill is located at 8173 Old NC 18, Lawndale, about 5 miles south of South Mountain State Park. A light breakfast will be offered following the screening. Results will be mailed to individuals.
