Beulah United Methodist Church, 1534 Stony Point Rd., Shelby will hold a Youth Benefit Yard Sale and Hot Dog Lunch on Saturday, June 9. The yard sale starts at 7 a.m. Hot dog lunch will be served from 11:00-1:00. Hot dog plates $5.00 or 2 hot dog plates $6.00 a plate. Plate includes: hot dog, chilli, slaw, chips, dessert, drink.

Polkville Baptist Church will hold “God’s Garden” a free fresh food ministry” every Saturday morning at 10:00 beginning June 9th under the cook shelter in the Mintz arena at Polkville Baptist Church. FREE garden vegetables will be available to anyone who wants them. Also anyone wishing to donate food from their garden can bring that donation every Saturday morning at 9:00.

On Saturday June 16, Shelby Missionary Methodist Church will have a Bike Run to help raise money for the Shriners Hospital. It will be $20 for rider and $5 for passenger. Sign in will be at 9am 1st bike out at 10am. Last bike in at 5pm. Bar-B-Q will be served to all riders. Bar-B-Q plates will be $8 to all nonriders. Everyone is welcome Bikes, Cars,Trucks, Mopeds. Westview Baptist Church, Shelby
Registration is currently underway for the Shelby Day Class of Community Bible Study. These non-denominational classes are available for men, women, and children ages infant through high school. We will be studying the books of Amos and Isaiah. Registration is $25 for adults and $10 for children. Please register by July 15th.
