Cherryville - Mrs. Areanda "Nana" Moss Weaver, 58, of Hwy. 182, passed away
on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby.

Areanda was born in Cleveland County, NC on November 2, 1957 a daughter of
the late Paul Franklin Moss, Sr. and Joyce Pruett Moss. She was retired as
a Registered Nurse for Lincoln County Hospital. Areanda was a member of
Bethlehem United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul
Moss, Jr. and William Todd Moss, Sr. and maternal grandparents, Will and
Lorene Pruett.

Survivors include her husband, Robert R. Weaver of the home; a son, Robert
Carl Weaver of Cherryville; a brother, David Mark Moss; and a number of
nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 12:45PM to 1:45PM at
Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home and at other times the family will be at the
home of a niece, Carla Moss, 101 Ridge Ave. Cherryville.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at
Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home & Cremation Service Chapel with the Rev.
Bill Taylor officiating.

Burial will be in City Memorial Cemetery.
