Arlis Ray Holmes, 75, of Whisnant Street, Shelby, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at his residence.

Born in Kansas on October 10, 1945, he was the son of the late Ira S. Holmes and Lois Mae Abbott Holmes.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Norton Holmes.

Survivors include his daughter, Dori Horldt and husband, Alan of Shelby and two grandchildren, Elli and Carson Horldt.
