Classic Green Bean Casserole

3 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen
   French-cut green beans,
   thawed, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed
   cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Dip
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried
   onions, divided
 
Heat oven 350ºF. Mix all ingredients except half the onions in 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake 35 min., topping with remaining onions after 30 min.

pumpkin pie

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia
   Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk,
   divided
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
   Whipped Topping, thawed,
   divided
1 Honey Maid Graham Pie
   Crust (6 oz.)
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
2 pkgs. (3.4 oz. each) Jell-O
   Vanilla Flavor Instant
   Pudding
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
 
Beat cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in half the Cool Whip. Spread into crust. Whisk remaining milk, pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spices 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip.

crunchy holiday turkey salad

1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light
   Dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped green
   onions
1/4 cup finely chopped
    celery
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
2 cups chopped cooked
   turkey
 
Combine dressing, vegetables and cranberries in large bowl. Add turkey; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 min. before serving.

two-layer fudge

1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker’s
   Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened
   condensed milk, divided
1/2 cup chopped Planters
   Walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker’s
   White Chocolate
 
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and 3/4 cup milk in medium microwaveable bowl on High 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add nuts and vanilla; mix well. Spread onto bottom of foil-lined 8-incgh square pan. Microwave white chocolate and remaining milk in medium microwaveable bowl on High 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer. Refrigerate 2 hours.

1 cup (2 sticks) butter or
   margarine, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) Jell-O
   Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker’s
   White Chocolate, chopped
 
Heat oven 350ºF. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended. Add eggs and baking soda; mix well. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition until well blended. Stir in chocolate. Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 min. on baking sheets; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
