Barry Levon Brackett, 70, of 1918 West Stagecoach Trail, Shelby, passed away
Monday September 18, 2017 at Hospice at Wendover.

Born October 11, 1946 in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late James
Robert Brackett and Nora Macie Bivens Brackett. He was retired from PPG and
was a member of Lawndale Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter,
Winter Brackett.

Survivors include his wife, Edith Walker Brackett, two sons, Todd Brackett
and wife, Heather of Polkville and Donavan Brackett and wife, Sharon of
Casar; brother, Michael Brackett of Lawndale; three grandchildren, D.J.
Brackett, Caleb Austin Brackett and Bailey Yvette Brackett.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday at Lawndale Baptist
Church. At other times, the family will be at the home, 1918 W. Stagecoach
Trail, Shelby.

A memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday at Lawndale Baptist Church
with Rev. Jim Kilby officiating.
