Beth Anne Barnes, 43, of Boiling Springs Road, Mooresboro, died on Friday, November 29, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was born on December 24, 1969, a daughter of the late Larry Myles Barnes, Sr. and Peggy Harris Barnes of Mooresboro. She was a Teacher’s Assistant with the Cleveland County School System and was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church of Mooresboro.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons, Nathan Gregory Barnes and wife Brittany Woody of Rock Hill, SC and Terrence Twitty of Delaware; one brother, The Reverend Larry Barnes, Jr. and wife Dawn of Fayetteville; one sister, Tammy Barnes Fox of Lenior; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer and Don Ledford, Michelle Fox, Joshua Sisco, Kelli Jane Barnes, Kayla Barnes, Tie Barnes, and Landon Barnes; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 03, 2013 at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church of Mooresboro. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00pm-9:00pm on Monday, December 02, 2013 at McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral and Cremation Service.
