Betty Lou Bell, 78, 200 E. Clairborne Street, Apt. 2A, Blacksburg, SC, died January 19, 2016, at home. Born in Spartanburg, SC, she was the wife of the late Robert Lee Bell and a daughter of the late Samuel and Ruth Jones Smith. She was retired from the textile industry.
She is survived by one son - Michael Bell, two daughters - Loretta Ross and Carmen Bell, all of Blacksburg, SC; thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchilden; and one sister - Faye McGillicuddy of Florida. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her son - Eddie Lee Bell, daughters - Rachel Benton, Kathy Barnes and Brenda Ure, and grandchildren - Chris Jones, Jack Benton and Calvin Ross.
A private service will be held at a later date. The family will be at the home.
