Bible Study: Am I Reborn?
I am really surprised when I hear preachers say that it’s  none of the congregation’s business whether he or she is reborn or not. It may come as a surprise to some, but Christianity is not and never will be a religion as described in our Bible. Often religion is an object, something you can see and worship such as a statue, lion, bear, tiger, fish in water or the mountains.
The most marvelous thing in being human and born into sin, is that the Father will not overrule you in your wants. He does not set up the penalty, yet He will let everyone look and see what they missed before they are punished. Luke 13:28 Jesus said, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth when ye shall see Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the Kingdom of God, and see yourselves thrust out.
So, we have much to thank our Saviour for. He set up the plan of salvation and He will never change it. We, as mortals can be thankful for that. It is the same for every soul on the earth. It starts when they draw their first breath.
Let’s look at the true facts about being reborn. The price is paid. Acts 3:19 Repent. Why? You are lost and on your way to hell where the fire dieth not. How do we know this is true? It is the words of Jesus. Then your Saviour will take over and convert you by forgiving you all of the sins you have committed. This can only come about at the time of refreshing, meaning you have the presence of the Lord with you and you can feel His presence. No presence - no being reborn. You know when it takes place and you will never forget the time it happened because you changed spiritual Fathers’.
This is the only thing that will stand when the world is on fire. This is after you have grown to the age of accountability. Prevalent grace takes care of all the rest. I say to you that a God like this can be trusted with your soul. It has to be His way.
Never forget, the best is still to come.
