Bible Study: Another JOB
For some time now I have been thinking about the life that Job lived. My Lord revealed something that I had never thought of before. You do not have to loose the same way that Job did to be another Job and the Lord to step in and help you.
Just look at the life that Jacob of old lived and look how he came out on top, God saw a reason to name a whole nation after him. The sad thing about his life is that a lot of people try to put him down. God took hold of Jacob’s life while he was still in the womb. Jacob’s life was laid out by God when he was still in the womb  -  Genesis 25-23. The elder Esau shall serve the younger Jacob. So Jacob lived the life that he was destined. Esau limped the last years of his life. His brother never received forgiveness for his actions.
If you are faithful regardless of what is said about you  - you will go through troubles but in a different way than Job did. To stand true to God, Son as your saviour you will be called a hypocrite. You will be slandered with lies. You will have more tire punctures than you ever thought possible. Preachers make up lies and try to hurt your good name. Others turn their head to keep from seeing you.
God, never leaves a person like this and He stands by and works things out for the best for those who are faithful to his promise.
Stop and think about Brother Paul the Epistle writer I would rather have been in Job’s shoes than his. The key to all of this is how much of our saviour’s blessing do we possess. First we start with hearing the Word. Second is believing what we hear and applying it to our life as to how we live. Corrections must be made somehow and we turn to a loving Saviour who paid the price for our sins.
When we ask from the heart with a desire to live like our Saviour now Jesus Christ as our Lord, He has the power to set you free from your sins committed. Then later sanctify you holy with his risen Holy Ghost Spirit same as he did the disciples. Brother Paul and many thousands of others.
