Bible Study: Are You an Example To Your Church
A good Pastor keeps his eye on each member of the church. He feels it when misfortune happens to them, as a child badly hurt or a death in the family. Most try to cover it up; some can wade through it very well. Others show their emotion knowing that they must carry on. These days some church members are hard to be replaced. A good pastor wants to say good things about certain members. They know how to get it over to the congregation and not bother all the others. Good humor in a church can help it grow. When a church is being fed the true Gospel of God with feelings from the pulpit, that church receives the Father’s blessing and grows regardless of size now. That is why some churches have to build again not just double in size, triple to hold all coming now. Never let the devil slip in. He can knock it down with greed. That is the devil’s special tool, greed. And it does happen. Our Lord’s only Love is his working tool, you can bring down sorry but not from your Lord. Our answer to all the goings on in the world today is found in the Good Book namely the King James Bible, red letter edition. Live by it as your guide and you can someday fall asleep and wake up in Heaven. Always keep in mind that there is no short cuts to Heaven. One day while preaching in a church for the first time, I could feel the warmth of the people and the Lord as I preached. I felt that the Lord was telling me that all the congregation was reborn. At the end I asked for all to raise their hand and keep them up and I did not see a person with both hands down. Then I knew that they understood all I preached to them.
