Bible Study: Can The Lord Trust You?
The biggest question is, can He trust you in this love feast or have you pull another (Judas Iscariot)? Turn to Psalms 41:9 and read. Ref. John 13:18. I recall when I was small, hearing “Jesus knows all things.” Then I would search myself to see how he saw me. Sometimes I would have to pray. The greatest thing on earth for you to know is to know that you are right with your Saviour and God. Be sure that you are right when the Lord’s Supper comes around. John 6:54 “Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.” That is where your merits must show. To repeat that Jesus did come forth from the grave. If you miss the Resurrection, you won’t go to Heaven. (Think that over). Jesus set the pace by being humble, strict, yes and still humble. Foot washing comes to the writers mind. I asked a friend, do you have foot washings in your church? Quickly, he said no. I said, your feet do not have to be dirty. That is when love and humble has come together. I have persisted in the foot washing and did enjoy it. Let’s see what Jesus said about it in John 13:14: “If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet”. Jesus set this example for us to follow. And do not use it as playing a game. If you do, he will condemn it. Some are just going through the motions of The Lord’s Supper. Anything that Jesus taught or said was for our benefit and to be used that way. So many people don’t believe about the Ark. It is in Turkey. One man went and climbed over it, and his report was like the King James Bible has written. I predict that someday you can go and see the ark for yourself. I read that they are building a highway up to it. (There are many things we call small that the Lord looks on as if we were a mighty warrior.) Who did  you ask to come with you to church this Sunday or within the last month? Is your church growing in attendance? If not, why do you think it is not?
