Bible Study: Doing Good For Evil Received
When you first look at the title you say to yourself, what is Dub talking about? If you are a Born Again Christian (and that is the only way you can be a Christian for your Lord), that has already been applied to your soul. And that is the life your Saviour expects to see you live, simply because it is going to be put to you by your enemy the devil and maybe by someone you love or it is possible that you don’t even know the person. Your Saviour says, do good to them who use you, and hate not. The writer has had to live that kind of life for over fifty years. Sometimes it came from people who say we are Christians, even to those of the cloth, and them knowing they were lying about you all the time. That is when you have to be an overcomer. Christ has the right to expect the same from you, as he did for you. As when he received all your old, mean, ugly sins and gently planted his righteousness in you, that is why you are a Christian today. And if you have dedicated yourself to him and in the fullness have received Holy Ghost Baptism. You can just keep on living your life for him, and watch what happens to them. It is never pretty. Even when it comes back begging and on bending knee. A Christian’s part is just be sure it is wrong what they say or you are in deep trouble with yourself, and the devil is standing in the corner laughing. Now I call your attention to the fact that God did forgive David, that was after he wet his pillow all night in bitter tears. Only Godly sorrow can get forgiveness, never ritual prayers - sin God hates. Godly sorrow brings a smile to his face knowing that he has got one more soul away from the devil. To who have received the Holy Ghost Spirit, or as spoken baptism, it is much easier to forgive and to forget. It would be like trying to knock a rock wall down with a tennis ball. After being trusted  with the Holy Ghost. I must tell you this: you face a penalty, and if for any reason you turn back, God forbids that, and you positively can not get forgiven. I have only met one person who lived under this penalty and His words were: I knew better. He was one time a superintendant in a very large dem. church. My words did run away like water off a ducks back. Read Mark 3:29 and Hebrews 6:4-6..   let them serve as a warning.
