First thing is you have got to see that the worldly way is wrong. That the body was born in sin and it lingers to sin. When you recognize with this body that Sin does rule you, that is a good thing for your Saviour to see. Never say, I can overrule the body myself, a few things you can cut out. That is not a good start. Why? Your patience will come up short someday and the body will win. So many will say yes to that. Humble yourself. Get alone if possible and have a talk with our Saviour. Call His Name to Him. If you feel something, you have committed yourself wholly to your Saviour. Let Him know if you are serious. You can never fool Him. You don’t have to tell Him your sins. (HE KNOWS THAT).

You should be wanting the wishes of your heart and thanking Him for the privilege to come to Him on your knees in prayer.

With your mouth, you may say, I have been living foolishly for a long time and am ready to make a change. I need your Help, Lord, Right Now. I promise to serve you right now in the Spirit that you give me. That when I leave this world, I can come home to you. Thanking YOU FOR BEING PRESENT WHEN I CALL ON  YOU. LORD, YOU KNOW THIS IS MY PRAYER TO YOU AND AFTER YOU SAVE ME, I WILL CONFESS YOU BEFORE OTHERS AND YOU CAN GRANT ME SALVATION.
