Bible Study: Marvelous Grace
I don’t ever remember seeing a book except the BIBLE that used the Word Grace so freely. In Genesis 6:8 written in God’s Word, Noah found Grace in the Eyes of the Lord. If Noah had not found this Marvelous Grace, we would not be here on The Good Earth Today. Noah’s sons, where we all sprang from, Japeth, the oldest gentiles, Shem, the youngest, the Hebrews later are Israelites, then Jews, as we know them today.
The next time Grace is used, God grants Grace to LOT because he did not escape to the mountains, as he was asked to do. (HE KNEW THAT IT WAS GOD WHO HAD SHOWN MERCY TO HIM) and he was solid with his belief.
Then comes Jacob, who found Grace in the eyes of the Lord. And for this God renamed the Hebrews to Israelites. In Genesis 32:28, Jacob’s name changed to ISRAEL, which was Grace at it’s best, same as when we are changed from Sinner to Christian. For us, that is really Marvelous Grace in action.
It is not what we do as much as it is what our SAVIOUR does for us granting us a new Spiritual Father by the Power of a Living Saviour, old Satan has got to move on. All things were accounted to the person when Jesus came and gave Himself a ransom for our sins, and then we could receive the same Deep Spirit that Jesus as Lord wanted us to have, His Living HOLY GHOST SPIRIT. This Spirit gave Jesus the power to Put His Holy Ghost Spirit in JOHN THE BAPTIST and Him still in Elizabeth’s womb. Jesus, not earth born, yet that would come to pass in a few months. Then some years later, the ransom would be to keep sinners out of torment. When they ask from the heart and testify of their experience and realizing that they are a candidate for the Holy Ghost Baptism.John the Baptist received the Holy Ghost while in  Elizabeth’s womb.
