Bible Study: Our Lord is very strict
Abraham is where our God found good seed for his Son to come thru but not just any son of Abraham. Any man can have three or more sons and just because the Lord sees fit to call one of them too, His ministry does not give the others the right to preach His Word.
Romans 9:7 says in Issac shall thy seed be called. Even in Abraham all others are only recognized as the children of flesh. Meaning sinners who need to make a change or better still, open their heart and mind to God their creator. It pleases the Savior for all parents to take their children to a God fearing Church while they are small. Although sin is not counted against them until they become of age. I heard one child testify to being saved when only six years. I drove to another town to hear a young person only nine years old preach. Today I can see the hand of God moving.
Romans 9:11: Here is a good example of right living and the knowledge of our God with two sons in the womb. One trustworthy and the other not. The statement that came from their maker is today taught wrong by some. Romans 9:13 as it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. The word used here is not a worldly hate meant like ours today. It means not first. Same as when God speaks of death, it does not mean our life is expiring. It speaks of hell.
Some people don’t know how to accept the life that Jacob lived. He lived his life,  most of all he listened to his parents in his younger life. His younger brother did not. They forbid him to marry certain people and he did anyway. Something like that can never find favor with a true and loving God, the creator of the world.
