| Bible Study: We Were Born In Sin |

In Romans 7:14, Paul says: I am carnal, sold under sin. Paul did something about this one day on the Damascus Road. Paul thought of Jesus as a Hebrew just like himself. At that time, he had papers against those who wanted to worship the truth way. They were not called Christians until Antioch came in to being. Christians try to follow Christ in his ways. The simple continual goodness of your Saviour, sent to you in a Spirit, the old devil can not overcome, even in sin backed up by laws. The devil can not make you do bad things, he only has as much power over you as the good Lord will let him have. You are on your way. Jesus suffered so that you will want to change. If it is your will it can happen. Jesus is ready to forgive when you really want a change of life. It is a big change. Enough that some call it a new Life. And it should be. You have a new Father God to follow. And if you let him lead you, your thoughts will always be upward with love and kindness. Drop old habits and pick up some good ones. Like studying your KJ Bible at a certain time. The four gospels is a good place to start. Read slow and think about what your are reading. Keep your mind on what you see. Soon, you will feel the Lord helping you understand more than you have heard before.
