Blacksburg--Billy Wayne Pennington, 53, of 257 Little Hope Road passed away at his residence.

Born in Cherokee County SC, he was the son of the late Jerry Wayne Pennington Sr. and Joyce Earlene Wilkie Pennington.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Patty Renee Painter.

He is survived by a sister; Angela Kirby of Grover NC, two brothers Jerry Wayne Pennington Jr. of Earl NC and James Harrison Pennington, a very Special Aunt; Charlotte Parker of Gaffney and a host of family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 27th at 2:30pm in Clingman Memorial Gardens with Rev. Gregg Martin Officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1pm until 2pm at Gordon Mortuary.
