SHELBY- Blanche Elizabeth Kiser, 87, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015, at Carolinas Healthcare Systems-Cleveland. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late S.G. and Lonia Davis Glover. She was a member of New Bethel Church of Shelby where she was a part of the Jolly Elders.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Kiser.

She is survived by four sons, Dean Kiser and wife Anita of Surfside Beach, S.C., Steve Kiser of Garden City, S.C., Tim Kiser of Shelby, and Scott Kiser and wife Tammy of Shelby; eight grandchildren, Chris Kiser, Kristen Lance and husband Chris, Kyle Kiser, Lara Kiser Hollifield and husband Brian, Cortlan Zaludek and husband Jake, Caroline Allen, Jordan Kiser, Colby Kiser and wife Tonee; three great grandchildren, Charlie, Brenden, and Eli.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, at New Bethel Church of Shelby, officiated by Rev. Mark Padgett.

Burial will be at Sunset Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorials may be made to New Bethel Church of Shelby, 706 Hamrick St, Shelby, NC 28150 or to Donor's Choice.
