High Blood Pressure Education & Blood Pressure Checks Health And Education Seminar
High blood pressure, also referred to as hypertension is dangerous. It makes the heart work harder to pump blood to the body and also contributes to hardening of the arteries, or atherosclerosis, and even to the development of heart failure.
April Leonard, R.N. of Healthy@Home will be conducting a High Blood Pressure Health Education Seminar & Blood Pressure Checks at the Council on Aging/Neal Senior Center on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.  Come learn about the symptoms of High Blood Pressure and the many ways that it can be prevented and treated as a result of early detection, a healthy diet, and exercise.
